Rental Policies

-Weekly rental rates are based on six nights, with the seventh night free. -Daily rates are determined by dividing the applicable weekly rate by six. -If the unit is rented for less than one week, a $75 cleaning fee is in addition to the rental fee. -Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend are 7 night weekly rentals between Saturdays. Certain exceptions may be made for rentals of at least five nights. -11% Florida tax will be added to total. -Minimum of $100 security deposit is required. -Security deposit will be returned within 7 days of key return provided: 1. No damage 2. No missing items 3. No refuse remains 4. Dishes/utensils are left clean 5. Normal cleaning is all that is required -Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.There must be a 25 year old adult present who accepts responsibiliy and assumes legal liabilty for property damage and personal injury if applicable. -Maximum number of occupants is six. -Check in time is after 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM without prior arrangements. -The unit is cleaned and linens changed only upon guest departure. -Rates are subject to change without notice. Confirmed reservations will not be affected.

-Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a rent deposit of one-half the rent. -Balance of rent and the fully refundable security deposit (if required) is due two weeks prior to start date. -Keys are mailed two weeks prior to start date (unless prior arangements are made) via USPS standard mail.

-Cancellation policy: 1. 30 days or more from start date, full refund. 2. Within 30 days of the reservation - rent deposit will be forfeited. 3. Security deposit will be returned for cancellations. 4. Late arrivals or early departures will not be reimbursed.
