WEEKLY RATES 2009 SEASON Low-Season (8/29–10/16) House & Guest House: $2000 House only: $1400 Guest House only: $900 Off-Season (10/17/09–5/28/10) House only: $975; or $600 minimum for up to 3-night weekend 2010 SEASON High-Season (6/26 – 8/27) House & Guest House: $3200 House: $2400 Guest House: $1200 Low-Seasons (5/29–6/25 & 8/28–10/15) House & Guest House: $2000 House only: $1400 Guest House only: $900 Off-Season (10/16/10–5/27/11) House only: $975; or $600 minimum for up to 3-night weekend Security Deposit We require a $500 security deposit (see our Rental Agreement for details). Sorry, no pets (not even my own dog!) and no smoking
Normally a 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Alternative arrangements can be made when reservations are made in the late fall or winter for the upcoming season. A $500 security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Reservation deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to book the time period to another party, and then less any rental difference and a 15% handling fee. (See details in lease agreement.) Security deposit refunds are typically mailed within a day or two of departure.
