We have furnished your condo as a luxury vacation getaway that stands out among Kauai vacation rentals, but we have also made it family friendly. Your kitchen is top-of-the-line and has granite countertops, a Sub-Zero refrigerator with ice-maker, a Wolf cook-top and convection oven, a Fisher-Paykel double drawer dishwasher and a General Electric microwave oven. There is also a complete set of appliances such as a coffee-maker, rice-cooker, toaster, and blender as well as complete sets of cookware, dishes, and tableware. You will save hundreds of dollars by preparing one or more meals in your gourmet kitchen and making great lunches for daily outings. If you have ever watched your children take one bite and leave the rest of a $14 hotel breakfast, you will appreciate that a condo vacation will save you money.
Your Kauai vacation condo is a fourth-floor Penthouse with two master bedroom suites, one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed. With the sleeper- sofa in the living room, the condo accommodates six people. A third full bathroom is accessible from the entry hallway and from one of the master bedrooms. Warm Indonesian woods were used for cabinetry and trim, while the floors feature Peruvian travertine stone. All windows have blackout drapes and each room is equipped with a ceiling fan. The condo has central Air Conditioning. There are three walk-out lanais; one is a large outside dining area. You can see the ocean from one of the bedrooms and you can enjoy sounds of the surf from any room. This Kauai condo has it all! With the upscale design and the fine materials of a luxury hotel, it provides the best Kauai accommodations for families and friends traveling together. The Deluxe Resort: This Kauai resort is situated on a gorgeous sandy beach. A 2-acre lazy river pool winds through a lush tropical landscape featuring two water slides, three waterfalls, a sand-bottom pool for young children, a "secret" grotto, and three whirlpool spas. A beachfront bar serves drinks, soft drinks, burgers, gourmet sandwiches, and snacks. The bar provides service to both the pool and beach and features live music in the evening. Barbecue grills are available for guests on a first-come basis.
A full-service Aveda Salon and Spa will pamper you with nurturing spa resort services, including body care and restorative massage as well as exclusive products for skin and hair care.
At the Resort, you hear only the surf and the laughter from the pool, yet you are conveniently located near the Lihue International Airport about 15 minutes away. Across the highway from the condominium are a large supermarket, a natural foods store, a large drug store, restaurants, and many shops. The Coconut Marketplace (shops, restaurants, and a nightclub with live music nightly) is walking distance and the center of Kapaa, where you can experience gourmet dining; delicious affordable hangout cafes; and first-class shopping, is a five minute drive away.
You can travel to the lush North Shore (Princeville and Hanalei) in less than 30 minutes and to the beaches of Haena, and Ke'e and the trailhead of the Kalalau trail in 40 minutes. In the other direction, the popular snorkeling beaches of sunny Poipu are also less than 30 minutes away. A new coastal bike and pedestrian path provides scenic exercise along the Eastside of the island.

We have provided the fun goodies to allow you to travel to Kauai and pack minimally. If it is snorkeling gear, boogie boards, ice chest, beach towels, beach mats, or sand toys you need, they are available for your enjoyment. We have also supplied a Kauai book selection, a "take-one-leave-one" library, popular board games, and a complete set of movies filmed on Kauai. You will enjoy trying to identify where the scenes were filmed.
The kitchen is top-of-the-line stainless steel with granite countertops, a Sub-Zero refrigerator with ice-maker, a Wolf cook-top and convection oven, a Fisher-Paykel double drawer dishwasher and a General Electric microwave oven. There is also a complete set of minor appliances such as a coffee-maker, rice-maker, toaster, and blender as well as complete sets of cookware, dishes, and tableware. We have also included "extras" such as a roasting pan and electric carving knife for your holiday or other special-occasion feasts. Activities and Attractions
Kauai is known as the "Garden Island" due to its lush green landscape. Even among the Hawaiian Islands, Kauai stands out for the natural beauty of its sculptured cliffs, cascading waterfalls, quiet lagoons and pristine beaches. The rivers and streams nourish a phenomenal abundance of trees, flowering plants and exotic birds, many species of which cannot be found anywhere else. Scenic wonders include Waimea Canyon, Hanalei Valley, Kilauea Lighthouse and wildlife refuge, Fern Grotto, many stunning beaches and, for the courageous, Kalalau Valley.
You’ve probably seen more of Kauai than you realize, and a casual drive from our condo toward the north shore might surprise you as you pass the scene where stampeding dinosaurs nearly stomped the humans in “Jurassic Park”. Kauai has been used as a location for movies set in Brazil, Korea, Vietnam, Africa, and even Mars. So many movies have been set here you can take a tour which visits many movie locations. Much of the island is untouched by human development, and you can explore it by foot, boat, plane or helicopter. The Waimea Canyon, “the grand canyon of the pacific”, the rocky NaPali Coast, and the beautiful Hanalei Valley offer breathtaking vistas. Or, you can simply drive through whispering palm groves, rolling hills and quaint villages. Perhaps you'll take advantage of some of the world's finest beaches, golf courses and restaurants. Or you might go hiking, surfing, snorkeling, hiking, bicycling, kayaking, ziplining, horseback riding, or driving among Kauai's unrivaled natural splendors. Possibilities for exploring the outdoor treasures on Kauai are unlimited. We keep a list of things we want to do and it keeps getting longer even though we try to do some of them whenever we can.

FEES A Non-refundable Deposit of 25% of the Total Rental Cost (number of nights times the rental rate plus the Clean-out Fee plus Hawaii tax) is required to confirm a booking. Payment must be made by credit card or other means through PayPal. There is a mandatory Clean-out fee of $150, for cleaning upon departure. A Refundable Security Deposit of $500 will be charged.
