The house comes fully equiped, including beach chairs, beach toys, crab traps, cable, Dvd/vcr, CD stereo, fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. Lounge on the front porch glider, or nap on the sofa on the screened-in porch. We also include four adult bikes and two children's bikes for your use while staying at the house.
No need to get in the car, except to see and taste the pleasures of Charleston, just 20 miles away.

Rental Policies
Off-season rates are very negotiable. And pets are welcome!!!
Weekly rate includes sales taxes and cleaning fee. $500 deposit; balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Deposit is non-refundable but, should you cancel, it is easily transferred to another available date.
