Rental Policies
2 nights rental fee due at time of booking to hold reservation. Full rental fee must be received in advance. $500 Security Deposit + Automatic cleaning fee of $125 for each stay. Balance of rental fee and security Deposit due 30 days prior to arrival. Security Deposit will be promptly returned upon verification that property is left in original condition. Bookings made less than 30 days in advance require phone confirmation before effective.
$500 Security Deposit. $125 Cleaning fee.
Full refund if cancellation is made 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
