Situated in Silver Creek, a tranquil and picturesque new vacation community just one mile north of the Us192 and 12 minutes from Disney Main Gate West, our villa offers all the amenities of your own home and with everything we could need ourselves, at very affordable family value rates! 5 bedrooms (two master suites) and 3 bathrooms make a comfortable living for up to 12 people. Our newly furnished villa is located in the quiet community of Silver Creek, Clermont, a new community surrounded by wooded conservation and conveniently situated off Highway 27, Only 12 minutes drive from Disney. It is close to all amenities, only one mile away from Route 192 with many restaurants and shopping centers. A Super WalMart is within 0.5 mile for your daily grocery need. You will find all the attractions that Orlando has to offer within easy reach yet the villa offers a peaceful relaxing setting for your vacation.
Our beautiful villa is fully equipped with all the amenities of your own home and with everything we could need ourselves. It features 5 bedrooms with two master suites, 3 bathrooms, family room, formal dining area and eat in kitchen, full air conditioning and heating system.
The five bedroom has 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 4 twin beds, plus 1 sofa bed. All bedrooms have lines, towels, and blankets. The family room has a sleeper sofa in addition to a Love chair, Side tables, Coffee table, Deco lights and floor lamps, and provides access to the pool area, along with a multi-channel cable television and DVD player The fully equipped kitchen has: Microwave, Dishwasher, Full size refrigerator with ice maker, Cooking utensils, Filter coffee maker, Baking set, dishes, and eat-in breakfast nook. Laundry facilities (a washer & separate dryer) can be found in the utility area at the back of the garage.

Rental Rate Notes

Rental Policy: 1. $ 300 deposit is required to make reservation. 2. Check in/Check out: Check-in no sooner than 4pm and check-out no later than 10 am. 3. All holiday bookings must be a minimum of 7 days. No pets, no smoking. Renter must be 21 years of age or older. The balance of the booking cost is due no later than six weeks before your arrival date. If booking within six weeks of arrival, full payment is needed to be paid after eservation confirmation with rental agreement. 4. Deposit will be held against loss, property damage or costs incurred, will be refunded approximately ont ot weeks after your departure following a satisfactory report from the property managers.
Security Deposit: The security deposit shall be the sum of THREE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$300.00). The payment is due with signed agreement. The premises shall be reserved under renter's name as soon as the deposit reaches owner. Please note any oral reservation shall not lock up the property. One week after checkout date, the deposit shall be sent back to renter. In case the property has any damage that leads to repair, the deposit may not be fully returned.
Cancellation Policy: a) The Renter may cancel the holiday booked at any time after it has been confirmed. Cancellation must be in writing in the form of a letter or an email. b) The following cancellation charges will apply to all rentals cancelled: c) Over 90 days prior to check-in - $20 processing fee. d) 60 to 90 days prior to check-in - deposit retained as credit towards rental within one year. e) 30 to 60 days prior to check-in - 50% of rental. f) Within 30 days - 100% of rental. Note: We will not keep deposits/rental fees except $20 processing fee if the property can be re-rented. If the property is rented for a fraction of the original rental fee because it is posted as a late availability listing, the portion of the rent recovered will be refunded. Renters are advised to take out cancellation insurance.
