These rare and unique Cottages have all the elements of classic Santa Barbara Spanish architecture including the original multiple pane french casement windows for enjoying the morning sunlight. The Cottages are each approximately 1700 square feet and include two large bedrooms, two charming bathrooms, and a large living & dining room accented by a gas fireplace.
Amenties at the Cabrillo Inn at the Beach located across the street and include a heated swimming pool, two 2nd floor Oceanview Sundecks and morning continental breakfast in their Oceanview Lounge. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped front and backyard or a barbecue in the large brick patio area complete with a wood burning fireplace.
The Cottages are the perfect choice for either pleasure or business. Book early as there are only two cottages available!

The Santa Barbara Mission and Botanical Gardens are just a 10 minute drive away or you can take the trolley tour and they will drop you off and pick you up after you have toured these popular attractions.
Charming Montecito is only a 3 minute drive away where there are many fine restaurants and exceptional shopping at some of the most desirable boutiques.

Rental Policies
PLEASE NOTE: Monthly rates are for 28 nights and weekly are for 7 nights. Cottages rent by the week or month only with a Sat arrival Sat departure. Exceptions may apply close to arrival date if not rented. A complete list of the Spanish Vacation Cottage Information and Polices are available via email upon request. We cannot 100% guarantee your request for the upstairs or downstairs cottage. Cottage assignment is made at check in. We will do our best to accommodate your request for either the up or downstairs cottage. Rates subject to 12% occupancy tax for stays of 28 nights or less. For stays of 35 nights or more you are exempt from the tax. Add 20% to rates for Holidays, Holiday periods or Special Santa Barbara events such as Soltice, Fiesta or college graduation week.
At least a 35% deposit in the form of a check made payable to Victor Evarone is required to confirm reservation. Additional payments will be required prior to arrival date. All monies received are at risk in the event of cancellation.
All monies are at risk in the event of cancellation. Monies will be refunded only if cottage is re-rented at prior contracted rate. If rented at less than contracted amount only this amount will be refunded. A complete listing of all cancellation policies are available by email upon request.
