Rental Policies
SEASHORE BEACH CLUB IS ONE OF THE FEW UNSPOILED AREAS OF MIAMI BEACH. THIS FINE STUDIO APARTMENT GIVES YOU OCEANFRONT VIEWS FROM ALL ANGLES. IT GIVES YOU THE FEELING OF BEING IN A SMALL SEASIDE COMMUNITY YET AT THE SAME TIME, YOUR IN A THRIVING METROPOLIS. THIS AREA OF MIAMI BEACH KNOWN AS SUNNY ISLES IS KNOWN FOR IT'S CLOSE PROXIMITY TO TRANSPORTATION, ENTERTAINMENT, SHOPPING, AND FINE RESTAURANTS IN BOTH DADE AND BROWARD COUNTIES. WE ARE LOCATED 15 MINUTES SOUTH OF THE FT. LAUDERDALE AIRPORT. NEIGHBORING CITIES ARE AVENTURA, HALLANDALE, NORTH MIAMI BEACH AND BAL HARBOR. ENOY ALL THE CONFORTS OF HOME FOR LESS THAN THE PRICE OF A HOTEL ROOM.
20% of the total is due within 10 working days of the date the property is booked, plus $200.00 cleaning and phone deposit is required.
All deposits will be returned if given no less than a two week notice. Half of the deposit will be given if less than a two week notice is given. If the property is found clean and in good condition, the cleaning deposit will be returned immediately. The phone deposit will be returned by mail once the phone bill has been reviewed by the owners.
