Affinity Beach Cottage
Affinity is one of 29 cottages in Gulfside Cottages, a development designed after the early, typical FL communities with metal roofs, white picket fences, and sidewalks. It is located between Destin and Sandestin and tucked away from traffic and noise but close to Silver Sands Outlet Stores, grocery stores, and restaurants. Sleeps 6-8. The two bedrooms (one king bed and one queen bed) plus private area adjacent to the master bedroom with 2 single Murphy beds are located upstairs. Sleeper/sofa downstairs. Two full bathrooms upstairs off bedrooms and 1/2 bath downstairs. Short walk, approximately 200 yards, to the beach through the community with no roads to cross. Community pool is steps from the cottage. Outdoor shower to wash the sand away. Carport for keeping the sun off your vehicle. All of the comforts of home. Beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and gas grill provided. A perfect family get-away!
On-Site Amenities
Affinity has all of the comforts of home plus two front porches for relaxing, reading, and visiting. Two bedrooms + two single Murphy beds off of the master bedroom and two full bathrooms are upstairs. Downstairs are the washer/dryer area, half bath, kitchen, dining area, and family area. The table has six chairs, and there's three bar stools for counter eating. Two Lazy-Boy recliners and a couch make comfortable seating after a day at the beach. There's a gas grill for meals when all want to stay "home"; however, numerous restaurants are in close proximity, including Pompano Joe's for seafood, Panera Bread, Ruth Chris', Buster's for the noted seafood gumbo, Carrabra's, etc. The Market Shops and Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin are a short drive. Winn Dixie is within walking distance while a short drive will take you to Publix grocery store, ice cream shops, and drug stores. The Silver Sand Outlet Mall is located across the street from the Gulfside Community, but the community is tucked away for peace and quiet. A stroll through the community and boardwalk takes you to the beach with no major roads to cross.
