The Quail Estate is a privately gated, lush and secure, estate conveniently located within 10 minutes of the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran airport (5.8 miles to the MGM and 2.6 miles to McCarran Airport). It is a multi-million dollar property that is surrounded by lush landscaping and private gates; it boasts over 14,000 square feet of outdoor patio space, including an outdoor family room, living room, dining area, and custom pool and spa. Inside the it hosts 6 oversized bedrooms with 2 king sized beds and 5 queens (one room with two queens), an open and flowing floor plan, electronics throughout the property, and much more.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: 60 Days or More before Check-In: "Guest" can cancel reservation and receive a full refund. Within 60 Days of Check-In: No refunds are available; however, "Guest" has the option of transferring reservation dates to another available date (with comparable pricing) within 12 months of original reservation.
