Rental Policies

$250 Cleaning Fee 12% Occupancy Tax $1500 Fully Refundable Security Deposit If Occupant cancels the reservation or otherwise terminates this Agreement prior to occupying the Premises, then SBLR shall be entitled to retain the reservation fee unless the Premises are re-rented to another party at the same price. If the Premises are rented to another party at the same or greater price as agreed upon by Occupant, then the amount of the refund shall be equal to reservation fee less 10% of said amount to be retained by SBLR as a cancellation fee. If the Premises are re-rented for less than the amount agreed upon by Occupant, then Owner shall be entitled to retain the amount of the deficiency calculated by amount of agreed upon rent less the amount of rent received from a third party, plus the cancellation fee.
