Aqua Vista Villa, a no steps, easy entry home, is named for the myriad of aqua and turquoise water colors of the Atlantic Ocean that greet your eyes as you enter the wrap-around porch of this oceanfront, cliffside, bi-level home, which can comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests. Perfect for large family reunions and wedding parties, and desirable for the physically challenged.
Newly renovated, Aqua Vista welcomes you with the warmth, elegance, and style of the Caribbean past - and every comfort and amenity of today. Our beautifully appointed guestrooms and living areas offer panoramic views of the Virgin Islands coastline and luxurious décor, evoking the finest of the Caribbean, in colors that reflect the sand and sea.
The upstairs level of Aqua Vista Villa can comfortably accommodate eight guests amid its three bedrooms, two baths, and library, which converts into a fourth bedroom. The bathrooms are newly tiled with island stone and marble tubs and luxurious shower towers. The living room features a hand-crafted, 12 foot high by 25 feet long, island-stone wall. Cathedral high, white pickled ceilings and black terrazzo marble floors extend throughout the home. The kitchen offers top quality, stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a large bar and dining area. Dish Network satellite television, optional Tivo, and high-speed wi-fi internet are just a few of the high-tech amenities offered at this villa. A second television with DVD in the library allows the kids to enjoy a space of their own, while the adults watch their favorite nighttime programming.
If your group or family is large, there is a second level available, allowing us to accommodate 13 guests in total. This level, accessible by spiral stairs on the outdoor patio. The second floor of Aqua Vista has an additional two bedrooms plus a sofa sleeper, two stone and marble baths, full kitchen, dining area, living room, and another wrap-around porch. The second level is never rented separately from the main level of the home to ensure your group's complete privacy.
Our tiki bar pavilion sports a six person Vita Spa Jacuzzi, perfect for washing away the last of your worries. The nearby grilling area makes barbecuing family meals at home a delight!
Located on Peterborg Point, we directly overlook Hans Lollick island, and Tortola, Jost Van Dyke and the other British Virgin Islands are plainly visible. When you are out on the porch enjoying the views, you should also be watching for the whales that use our passageway on their northern migratory route! Sunsets are truly spectacular. Equally enchanting, are the pelicans and Man-o-War (Frigate birds) that fly by the porch directly at eye level. They are so graceful and fun to watch as they follow the breezes and glide by so close you feel you might touch them. You might also go around to the back of the villa where hummingbirds come to drink nectar from the hibiscus bushes or perhaps come to get a drink of water from the large hot tub. If you put a small bowl of sugar on the Tiki bar, the bananaquits (also called sugar thieves) might come to get a treat. We think our villa is a bird watchers delight. You should also be watching for the iguanas sunning themselves in the trees or rocks below. Geckos are also easily found on the grounds.
Magen's Bay Beach, consistently voted as among the top 10 beaches in the world, and Mahogany Run Golf course with its famous Devil's Triangle of three ocean cliff holes, are just five minutes away. You might also enjoy a half day sail and snorkeling trip to Buck Island on Happy Hour Charters, a short ferry ride to St. John, or a submarine trip through the one of St. Thomas' coral reefs. St. Thomas is also very well known for its wide variety of duty free shops, Five Star restaurants and many other tourist activities and attractions.

The rates presented are based on our one bedroom occupancy for 2 guests. Villa has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 13 guests. Please see rates below or email us for details. We only rent to one group at a time, and unrented bedrooms will be unoccupied and locked off from usage. A $500 refundable damage security deposit is required. Deposits are returned within 30 days of departure, less any damages.
Reservations are fully refundable up until 60 days prior to arrival and 50% refundable from 59 to 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable, unless we are able to re-book the dates on your behalf. Please email us for Hurricane Cancellation Policies.
