Newly renovated home in quiet enclave adjacent to Mesa Golf and Country Club. Home features wonderful backyard with outdoor bar area, built in barbeque and outdoor fireplace. Spacious living room with indoor fireplace and dining room area. Three very comfortable bedrooms that accommodates 6 people. This home is ten minutes from Arizona State University, many golf courses minutes away, and is located 3 minutes from the brand new Mesa Riverview shopping area (Home Depot, Bass Pro, Target etc) and 10 minutes from Tempe Marketplace.
