Description of the Property

Aspen Grove Retreat is a vacation home with style and grace and beauty that cannot be found in the typical Montana vacation home. Why is this home the most unique vacation home in the area? It is a spectacular vacation home that was custom designed and built on a homesite in Bridger Canyon that is several decades old. Thus, the home is new, yet can found in a mature aspen grove and surrounded by sub alpines that are decades old. Aspen Grove is a retreat from the busy city sounds and bright street lights, but the views from this vacation home can only be captured in a Northwest travel publication.

What makes this vacation home different from other vacation homes??

There are arched beams, high ceilings and a HUGE wrap around deck (1,000 sq ft). The master bathroom boasts a black and white marble tiled room with an art deco appeal and an oversized jetted tub.

In addition, the homeowner has a modern art collection for the enjoyment of all vacation guests. The colorful canvases are on display in the room off of the kitchen. The "gallery" adds interest and individual expression for the home, but the art show cannot overshadow the views outside. Three walls, composed mainly of windows, give the sense of being outdoors when you are in the combined living room/dining room. Feel the mountains, smell the pines and engage in secret wildlife viewing.all from your couch. *Look in the late summer/fall for the elk herd that migrates down the canyon. Topline: Aspen Grove Retreat has 4 bedrooms, 3 bath and boasts granite counter tops in the kitchen, 2 TVs, an 8 person hot tub on the deck, a Stainless Steel BBQ grill, a breakfast / lunch counter and a wet bar off of the living room.

Aspen Grove Retreat is a stunning vacation property located in Bridger Canyon and offers acres of privacy. Yet, the home is only 10 minutes from downtown Bozeman, 10 minutes to Bridger Bowl's downhill skiing and trailheads for hiking. Blue ribbon trout fishing on the Gallatin river or the Yellowstone river is only minutes from your front door.

Aspen Grove Retreat offers a new hot tub which is located off of the East deck so that star gazing is optimum. Do you need a long soak at the end of a hard physical day or just want to enjoy some private "alone time" with the family?-This is the spot!

Aspen Grove Retreat boasts new a surround stereo system piped throughout the home, but has individually controlled sound panels in many of the rooms. The stereo system includes speakers on the deck.

Aspen Grove Retreat has created an electronic environment that feels like New York, but if you look outside…yes, it is Montana. There are two wall mounted HDTVs, XMS radio, SAT TV and Internet access via the local landline throughout the house, even on the deck!

Aspen Grove Retreat has 4 bedrooms (3 Queens, 1 double bed and 1 futon sleeper, 1 daybed), 3 baths and sleeps 11. A large family gathering would be a perfect fit for a reunion at this home.

Aspen Grove Retreat is spacious. The house has 3000 square feet with an additional 1000 square feet found in a wraparound cedar deck.

Aspen Grove RETREAT's rental rates vary but usually fall within a range of $1990-$2400 weekly. Nightly rates are available.

Bozeman: "Bozemanites" are proud to offer a small town atmosphere with big city amenities to residents and visitors alike. Images of cowboys, native Americans, open spaces, pioneer trails and wild and rowdy miners are still part of the mystique associated with our area. But there is more than this and more than most people imagine for a city of Bozeman's size.

Bozeman:

Restaurants and shopping are found only 10 minutes from your driveway.

Hiking:

The infamous "M" hiking Trailhead is only a 10 minutes from the home. Both trails that lead to the "M" are less than one mile. You are rewarded at the top of the "M" with outstanding views across the valley. If you real want an adventure, continue on up the trail to the crest and you will find multitude of options for additional trails along the famous "Ridge". Of course mountain biking, rafting, live outdoor theater and Farmers Markets are available for all guests.

Skiing:

In the winter, this home is attractive because it is located only 10 minutes to Bridger Bowl Ski Resort. It is only 10 minutes to cross country ski trails at Bohart Ranch. It is near snowmobile routes throughout the East side of the Bridger Mountains.

Fishing:

The Gallatin River (10 minutes away), Madison and the Jefferson are only 25 minutes and finally, infamous Yellowstone River is only 23 miles from Bozeman. Several activities on the Yellowstone are offered: flyfishing (wading and bank fishing), drift boat fishing and rafting. The Yellowstone River will not disappoint. If you are a dedicated angler, Yellowstone River fishing in Yellowstone Park is less "fished" and is only 75 minutes away!

Airport: BZN
Distance: 20 minutes
