We rent weekly, monthly, or for extended periods at reduced rates. We are currently offering a special weekly rate for the month of June, 2009. Rates are subject to 12.5% Florida Tourist Tax, cleaning fee, and $300 security deposit.Rental Policies
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN UNIT. Sea Turtle Nesting begins in May and continues through October.
$300 deposit holds reservation and becomes a damage deposit which is refundable after check out, cleaning and inspection. $85 cleaning fee which includes 2 loads of laundry - additional loads are $10 each.
