You have covered parking for one car right under your unit and a parking lot for another car.
This first floor unit is a has been a rental on mine for three years and most of the renters now are returners as everyone simply loves it.

My condo has every amenitie you need to enjoy a great vacation on our beautiful beach, which is why most folks return to it the next year. The white sand and emerald green waters are the finest in the States.
As mentioned above, the convenience of this unit is spectacular. Its location near the core of the Island are is perfect. And with the local favorite restaurant and convenience store right across the street.
Most of all the beauty of this unit is its literally right on the beach. Your group can get to the beach with only a few steps. No need to wait on an elevator or walk all around a giant condo complex.

Activities and Attractions
The Naval Aviation Museum is only 15 miles away and is world class. This is the largest museum of its kind and has many full size aircraft and munitions of all the wars on display.
Old historic downtown Pensacola is just a few miles away and its one of the finest old downtowns in the country. We have world class restaurants, shopping, and historical buildings in an incredible walking friendly atmosphere.
We are also home to many fine golf courses and only 30 miles from Destin where you can enjoy more golfing, shopping and dining on a simple "day trip" but come home to relax and get out of their severe overcrowdedness.

Quoted rates include all taxes, cleaning fees, condo fees etc. (You need to ask this as most tack all the expensive costs on top of listed price). Inquire about off season and weekend rates. Deposits reservation/security deposit of $500 is needed to hold reservation....will serve as security deposit and be refunded after departure inspection....full rent is due no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival....mail check to(no credit cards)to Bill Fontenot, 1410 Ariola Drive, Pensacola Beach,Florida, 32561 Refunds you must cancel at least 45 days prior to arrival to reciever refund........if you cancel with less than 45 days prior, every effort will be made to re-rent....if not successfull your deposit will be forfeited
