Guests are buzzed into the lobby from the unit for access to the elevators. One reserved parking space in the secured underground parking garage has direct access to the building elevators for the tenant. The building is located 14 blocks north of the Daytona Beach Pier.

Activities and Attractions
Disney, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, SeaWorld, and St. Augustine are all about 1 1/2 hour drive from the condo. Movie theatre, water park, miniature golf, grocery store, bowling, restaurants, etc. are all within a few blocks of the condo. The Daytona Speedway is about 20 minutes away. And the beach is at your feet.
