The " Sunset House" is a pet friendly, privately owned beach house located "directly" on the Gulf of Mexico in Redington Shores. This upscale beach house is the perfect location for beach gatherings, weddings, reunions or your next family getaway. Relax in the Gulf front heated pool or hot tub while enjoying the spectacular views. The large covered pool deck is ideal for family cookouts or formal catered affairs.
This tropically landscaped beach house can easily accomodate up to twelve guests. The main house has four beedrooms, two baths, large family room with big screen TV, gourmet kitchen and an office with high-speed internet and printer. The carriage house has one bedroom, one bath, fully equipped kitchen, living area and deck with Gulf view. The two-car garage and extra parking can accomodate up to nine vehicles.
