Our Cozy Beach Cottage has lush landscaping, very private back yard with a beautiful, romantic setting. This bright and clean home is comfortably furnished and is located in a nice neighborhood about 1/8 block walk to the World Famous Daytona Beach! Vehicles allowed at various Beach Access ramps. Close to all the Daytona Beach fun. Within short walking distance to grocery, shops (coffee, ice cream, clothing, surf, nails, spa, etc.) fitness, restaurants, pharmacy and lots more! It's just the perfect place to stay if you are going to the race track, Bike Week in March, Biketoberfest in October, holidays or on a family vacation we are just a short drive to Daytona Beach Shores, Main Street and the race track. In addition Disney attractions are only a little over an hour away so there's something here for the whole family. We are looking for good people who will appreciate what we have done to make this home special and will take good care of it. Because of this, we carry a very strict no smoking and no pet policy. You must be 25 years of age or older with valid I.D. to rent this property. Thanks for understanding.
