Rental Rate Notes
RENTAL RATES IN U. S. DOLLARS December 15th to April 30 st $800.00 PER WEEK December 24th to January 8th $900.00 PER WEEK May 1st to December 14th $600.00 PER WEEK To be able to confirm your reservation a $200.00 U. S. Dlls. security deposit is required before your arrival. This will be refunded to you on departure if the Condo did not receive any damage. Rental will be paid on arrival with cash in U.S. Dlls. A key deposit of $40.00 U. S. Dlls., will also be collected and will be returned on departure when you return the keys. Because of the World wide crises we have as from today July 27th 2009 special discounts until further notice. Just contact us and we will inform you.
