Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions. WE WILL NOT RENT TO VACATIONING STUDENTS OR SINGLE UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT GUARDIAN OR PARENT. Deposits $200 RESERVATION DEPOSIT required at the time of booking, payable by Personal Check,PayPal, Bank Check, Money Order, or Traveler's Checks (in U.S. Dollars). Credit card is used to insure SECURITY DEPOSIT (for any damages, theft, etc.). This is only a HOLD and NO CHARGE is made with the exception of the rare case that damages occurred and guests have NOT remedied the situation. PLEASE CONTACT US if any damages have occurred at the property, as we can often fix the situation sooner any resolve any unpleasant matters or disputes. Occasionally, we understand, a drinking glass breaks or a towel is stained...if we are made aware of the situation and no MAJOR damages have occurred we can take care of matters as minor issues are NOT the end of the world :)
