Rental Rate Notes
Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years & Easter $3000/wk. Rental also available as bed & breakfast for single room or smaller families at a better rate. Ask for additional details. $100.00 - $300.00 cleaning deposit depending on length of stay. Refundable $1,000.00 security deposit to cover any potential damages beyond normal wear and tear for one month stay or less. Deposit will be returned wiithin 7 days. (cancellation less than 72 hours will forfeit security deposit).Rental Policies
All guests are expected to follow the rules specified in the rental agreement.
Cleaning deposit will be $100 - $300. Move-in deposit will be equal to one months rent or less if rental is for a shorter duration. Reservations guaranteed with a deposit equal to length of stay. Please email or call for details.
Refunds will be made as specified in the rental agreement.
