Activities and Attractions
Take a day to relax in Yelapa, a quaint beach town only accessible by boat. Take a panga from the pier,( a short 5 minute walk) and in 45 minutes you will be transported to Yelapa, where all troubles seem to melt away. Take a horseback ride to the waterfall, or hike on foot, if you like. Swim in the cool, clean refreshing water of the waterfall and enjoy a refreshing beverage in the mountain shade. When you arrive back at Yelapa's inviting beach, order lunch from one of the beach restaurants. The fish is the freshest!! And don't forget the margaritas!

Rental Policies
Rent is due in full 1 month prior to start of agreement. Paypal and wire transfer accepted. If sending a personal check, please note that it must clear 1 month prior to rental start date.
Deposit of 50% due to hold reservation. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to start date. Also a refundable damage deposit of $300.00 is due with the 50% holding payment. Damage deposit will be refunded within 10 days of check-out.
No refunds if cancelled within 1 month of arrival date. If you cancel before that and I can rent it out, I will refund your deposit, minus the paypal fee.
