The second bedroom has two twin beds which accommodate 2 people and the living room has travertine floors, and a queen sofa bed that can sleep 2 people.
You will be just steps from the boardwalk and beach, and walking or biking distance from the historic Newport Pier, Balboa Fun Zone and Lido Island. We are also conveniently close to grocery store, bike rentals, entertainment, shops and a variety of restaurants and cafes.
"People watch" from the patio, take a short walk to the pier, bike ride down the boardwalk, or get in an early morning surf session. Or if you feel more ambitious, you can rent boats, take a day trip to Catalina, charter a fishing Boat, book a whale watching tour or do some shopping on Balboa Island.
South Coast Plaza, Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm are just 20 minutes away. Other attractions include: Universal Studios Hollywood, Sea World, Legoland, Laguna Beach, and much, much, more.
Just 15 minutes from Santa Ana/Orange County Airport(SNA) and 50 minutes south of Los Angeles International Airport (lax).

Rental Rate Notes
Weekly Rental (Saturday to Saturday) High Season (May 15 - Sept. 30): $2800-$3000/week. (6 guest maximum) Off Season (Oct. 1 - May 14): $1900-$2300/week (6 guest maximum) All Holidays: $2800-$3000/week. Additional Costs: $600 refundable deposit, $150 cleaning fee, 10% tax Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.Rental Policies
No Pets Allowed No Smoking inside the rental or on the Patio No Parties Patio is shared with upstairs unit. Bicycles, Roller blades, Surfboards are allowed to be stored inside the unit.
$600 SECURITY DEPOSIT: Provided that real and personal property are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms of this agreement are met, the security deposit will be returned within Twenty One (21) days of your departure. If damage is noted, you will be notified immediately.
CANCELLATION TERMS: In the event of cancellation, all monies will be forfeited to owner unless re-rented for that period, and in case of default, prevailing party may recover from the other party his/her cost and attorney fees of any action brought by either party to enforce any terms of this agreement or to recover possession of the premises. Any cancellation must be in writing.
