Nice deck set back from the golf course and surrounded by old growth Ponderosa pines on a 0.7 acre lot adjacent to National Forest land. Easy biking distance to Big Meadow and Paulina pools and tennis courts. An economical and cozy choice for a family retreat at Black Butte Ranch. Not recommended for families with toddlers because of spiral staircase; older kids love the bunks!

Rental Rate Notes
Cleaning charge of $65 added to all rentals.Rental Policies
Nightly rate if $95/night with two night minimum stay. Nightly rate decreases to $85/night for three or more nights. 7 night minimum during summer season (June 14 - September 13). Check in is at 4:00 pm; check out is at 11:00 am. Cleaning charge of $65 for each rental.
Deposit equal to half of rental charge to be paid within 2 weeks of booking. Remaining due 2 weeks prior to rental date.
Complete refund of deposit for cancellations more than 2 months prior to rental date; 50% refund of deposit for cancellation 2 weeks to 2 months prior to rental date; no refund of deposit for cancellation within 2 weeks of rental date.
