Braemar Beach House

The Braemar Beach House is a Luxury home with state of the art appliances and furnishings throughout the house. From the lovingly restored hard wood floors to the stainless steel top of the line kitchen appliances to the high thread count linens in the bedrooms and bathrooms, this house does not miss a step. While the inside of the house is a treat by itself, the comfortable, professionally landscaped yard and patio area will make you want to spend your whole vacation here at the house. If you do decide to venture out, the beach is less than one and a half blocks away, plus there are many restaurants and shops to explore less than two blocks away and Sea World is less than a 5 minute drive.

This home has 3 bedrooms, with sleeping space for 2 - 6 people. The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed, large spacious closet, television with full cable channels and sliding glass doors with plantation wood shutters that open up to the sunny and spacious back yard. The second bedroom has another comfortable queen bed, large custom mirrored closet, television with full cable channels. The third bedroom has two twin beds, and again a large custom closet. The main bathroom is beautifully done with custom cabinetry, full size bathtub and custom tile work throughout.

The large living room is open and inviting and connects through to the dining room, kitchen and outdoor patio creating a very comfortable living area for the whole family. The spacious living room is fully equipped with a two comfortable couches, cozy fireplace, lots of open and sunny windows plus large screen flat panel television with full cable channels and dvd player for late nights watching your favorite movies.The dining room has a beautiful table with seating for 6.

The luxury full kitchen was just recently remodeled with all new appliances and countertops. This great kitchen has brand new, top of the line stainless steel gas range and oven, double wide stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and mounted microwave. The custom cabinets and counter tops create more room than you will know what to do with while preparing a meal for your entire family. This home comes complete with all dishes, glassware, utensils, as well as all kitchen utensils and small appliances necessary to prepare any meal.

In addition, you can order food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Your order will be charged to your credit card.
