High Quality Bedding in all bedrooms; Extra Thick and Fluffy Towels in all bathrooms; Formal dining room seats up to 6 and there is a breakfast nook for 9 in the kitchen.

Bedroom One: This ground floor master bedroom holds a king size bed and a master bathroom. It is furnished with a full size TV and DVD player. Master bathroom holds a garden tub, a walking shower. Bedroom Two: With a king size bed and a private bathroom with tub and shower. This second master bedroom holds a full size TV and DVD player. Bedrooms Three and Four: Each with a queen size bed and a TV and DVD player. Each shares a full size bathroom. Bedrooms Five, Six, and Seven: All 3 rooms have 2 single beds. They share a full size bathroom. Kitchen: A spacious kitchen that is fully fitted with dishwasher, full refrigerator, stove, coffee pot, toaster oven, waste disposal and telephone. You will find all the crockery and cutlery supplied for your stay. Utility Room: Includes a full size washer and dryer Main Lounge: The large main living area provides a TV, DVD player, VCR and Playstation. Patio doors slide open and lead to the pool and spa area. There is a large porch area beside the swimming pool. Dining Room: Beautiful Dining Room with spacious room. Second Living Area: A more quiet living area is provided in the front of this beautiful home. It is furnished with a sofa and love seat. Pool Area: The private pool and spa are both available to heat when required, along with patio furniture under the lanai and a child safety net surrounding the pool. Garage and Parking: The garage has been converted into a fully fitted game room. There is a private driveway for off-street parking. There are pool table, hockey table and football table in the game room. All 3 tables are recently bought and brand new. There are also bar table and stools for sitting and relaxation.
