Master Suite Decks: All 3 master suites have view facing private decks or patios. . . Hot Tub Patio: The Hot Tub patio on the Lower level is equipped with outdoor speakers.

The home has 4 fireplaces. . . Great Room: The great Room in centered around a large floor to ceiling stone Fireplace. . . Deck: The Covered deck off of the Great Room surrounds a stone Fireplace for year round outdoor use. . . Recreation Room: A warm fireplace is centered below the 46" Flatscreen TV for cuddling around the fire and watching Movies. . . Suite 2: A beautiful raised floor to ceiling stone fireplace in nestled in the corner of the main floor Master Suite.

Hot Tub:

Fireseide at Dreamcatcher has the largest private Hot Tub in Winter Park. The Hot tub comfortably seats 11 people, has 80 Jets, cushioned head rests, mood lighting, an ice bucket and much more.

Kitchen:

Finishes: The beautiful Knotty Alder & granite gourmet kitchen has blue motion self closing drawers, a spice pull out, tray dividers, Lazy Susan, roll out trays, large pot drawers and much more. . . Theatre: In-ceiling surround sound speakers. . . Dining:

View: The Dining area has floor to ceiling windows and an unobstructed view of Winter Park Ski Mountain. . . Seating: A custom dining table seats 16 comfortably and is open to both the Kitchen & Great Room.

Baths:

All baths have frameless glass doors, oil-rubbed bronze fixtures, robe hooks, comfort seat toilets, and beautiful tile designs. The powder room has a custom iron vanity and a copper vessel sink. Each master has a private bath with a double vanity and other features that vary between suites, including a jetted Tub, Rain Forest shower head, Steam Shower, 2 person soaking Tub, large showers with benches, and separate water closets. The bath shared by the bunk room and Loft has a double vanity. The recreation room bath has a shower with a massage showerhead.

Bunk Room:

The custom built bunkroom is safe enough for children and comfortable enough for Adults. All of the beds, except for he trundle bed are 12" pillowtop mattresses. Extra height between beds leaves headroom room for adults while double safety rails ensure safety for children. Each bed has a built in cubby/ nightstand for storing books and other assorted items.

Game Room:

Pool Table: 8 ft. slate & solid wood pool table. . . Poker Table: solid wood poker table with leather top and 4 leather swivel/rocker chairs. . . Pub table: solid wood with 2 leather swivel stools. . . Wetbar: 12 ft. wetbar with a mini kitchen (microwave, warming drawer, dishwasher drawer, wine cooler, under counter refrigerator, pilsners, wine glasses, drinking glasses, popcorn popper, chips n' salsa dish. . .Sectional: A large plush sectional that comfortably seat 11. . . Mudroom/ Laundry Room:

The mudroom has plenty of hooks, cubbies and storage benches for all you winter or summer gear. The laundry area has extra large capacity washer and dryer, a deep laundry sink, an iron, ironing board, detergent, & fabric softener.
