Listen to the ocean roar on the rocks below our elegantly furnished 1650 sq. ft., 3 bedroom ,2 bathroom beach front condominium. Spectacular ocean views from living, dining, master bedroom, master bathroom and additional bedroom. Living, dining and huge master bedroom have 15'ceilings. The master suite has an Eastern king size bed and a chaise lounge, perfect for wathching sunsets, whales and dolphins. The two additional bedrooms are furnished with trundle daybeds which are twins that pop up into king sized surfaces. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, free local telephones, high speed internet, TV is every bedroom, VCR DVD and CD players, and a full size washer/dryer. Parking is underground and security gates, there are two spaces for your convenience.

Rental Rate Notes

Winter: October 1 to May 25 there is a 3 night minimum Summer: June l to September we rent Saturday to Saturday only THERE IS NO CLEANING FEE. There is a 10.5% TOT (hotel tax) Holidays are generally $595 per night, ask about specials. December 15 - January 4 minimum of 7 day rental

Rental Policies

Deposit is due within 7 days of booking. Balance in full is due 45 days prior to arrival. We highly recommend vacation rental insurance.

We require a $500 Damage/Reservations deposit that is fully refundable if certain provisions are met.

If canceled 60 days prior to arrival, full refund.
