Its Contemporary Mexican flair makes your stay a romantic one you will never forget. Each of the bedrooms has a spectacular ocean or jungle view, making your getaway a fantastic way to relax or Honeymoon. Our Villa gives you complete privacy in your own private pool and a Jacuzzi in the Master Bath.
All bedrooms have their own outside deck overlooking the ocean or jungle. All bedrooms also have air conditioning, television, VCR's and hair dryers. This Puerto Vallarta Vacation Rental Villa comes with an in-house Chef on request and daily maid service. Also at your request this Villa can have a Massage Therapist available during your stay.
The beach is a four minute walk down the quaint cobble-stone streets, and eight minutes away is all of the hustle and bustle of the city's nightlife, including the film set and restaurant from "The Night of the Iguana" John Huston's 1957 film starring Richard Burton and Eva Gardner. This movie actually put Puerto Vallarta on the map in the United States when Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton moved here to film the movie. The rest of the world then found out about this most Romantic Beautiful City.
Kitchen Amenities:
Your villa comes equipped with a spectacular chef's kitchen, not that you'll need to use it. A house chef is available upon request to prepare all of your favorite local Mexican dishes. Dine in the mornings on the patio table or on one of the many verandas to enjoy the spectacular ocean view. If you need to relax & play pool or ping pong, a game room is at your beck and call.
The beautifully decorated villa with baby grand piano will make entertaining a must in this fabulous city! If you need special treatment a chef and maid service is available to stock your villa with grocery items including drinks, snacks and other food.
The Views:
Enjoy spectacular views from almost every room in the villa. Spacious rooms are sun-splashed by large arched windows and doorways leading out onto lovely verandas. Sit by the pool or lay in bed and watch cruise ships passing just of the Puerto Vallarta coast.

RESERVATION, BOOKINGS, DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS The reservation and booking deposit is 50% of total rental fee in U.S. funds at time of request for reservation. A rental agreement and confirmation will be sent to confirm your request. Final payment is due 45 days prior to travel date. For all Holiday reservations a 50 % non-refundable deposit is required. All reservation requests made 45 days or less will require full payment of rental fee to confirm request, special handling fees may apply. A refundable security deposit will be required on all properties. Reservations will automatically be cancelled if funds are not received in our office within 7 days of your request. We reserve the right to treat any confirmed booking as cancelled if schedules are not met. An extension may be requested. Any changes made to the reservation once confirmed may be subject to a change fee.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS In the event of a cancellation after the deposit is received, or more than 120 days prior to travel date, a $200.00 facilitating fee will be charged. If cancelled 120 to 45 days prior to travel date, 25% of the total rental fee will be charged. If cancelled 45 days or less prior to travel date the total amount paid will be forfeited. However, payments and deposits are refundable if the accommodations are re-rented for the same exact period cancelled, less a $200.00 facilitating fee. All Holiday reservation/booking deposits are non-refundable. This includes, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter Week. Any refunds shall be limited to funds paid directly to Villa Viva Vallarta Rental and in no circumstance shall refunds exceed funds received by Villa Viva Vallarta Rental. All cancellations shall be submitted in writing and sent to Villa Viva Vallarta Rental. 1205 Las Vegas Blvd., South, Las Vegas, NV 89104. No refunds will be made for unused accommodations or services. Any deviation from this policy shall be arranged at time of reservation in writing.
