Rental Policies
NO SMOKING. CHECK OUT IS 10:00 AM, CHECK IN IS AT 3:00 PM. If condo is available prior to 3:00 pm, you will be able to check in early. ******June & July 2008, Weekly rentals only. Departures are on Saturday's. **** Book now for one week in 2009 (except for May 23-Sept 11, 2009) by Dec. 31, 2008, and receive $100 off your next stay.
Mastercard and Visa accepted. A $250 deposit is required to reserve the booking; The deposit does not apply towards your weekly rental rate. Your deposit will be refunded within 21 days, after you vacate the premises and it has been inspected. Small pets under 40 lbs, are allowed for a $200 non-refundable deposit. There are however, strict rules of pets on the beach and they will fine you.
Your $250 deposit will be refunded if you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel within the 30 days of your arrival date, your deposit will be applied towards a future stay. You are not obligated to your reservation if a Hurricane is issued for Destin by the NOAA.
