Additionally, a favorite Steamboat restaurant, La Montana, is located across the street, a 2 minute walk. You will also find a small grocery store with a deli in the same location as La Montana.

50% deposit required to reserve. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and checks. We will not accept cashier's checks or money orders for any amount over the rental amount. Refunds: If you cancel your reservation for any reason before 60 days of your arrival date, you will receive a refund minus 20% of the gross rental amount. If you cancel with less than 60 days to your arrival date and we are able to re-book your dates, you will receive a full refund minus 20% of your gross rental amount. Holiday cancellations may result in higher penalties. Please inquire at time of booking regarding the cancellation penalty during holidays. We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance through a reputable company such as Travel Guard ( for unforeseen acts of nature/God.
