All Rates are Inclusive of Taxes, Fees and Maid Service Holiday Rates 2009 - No nightly rates available for holidays Thanksgiving Week $3500 (one week min stay) Christmas / New Year Weeks $4500 / Week (minimum one Week stay)Rental Policies
A detailed inventory check will be conducted following check-out. Guests will be responsible for ANY damages or lost/missing items on the premises. Security Deposit collected at time of reservation will be used to replace / repair such items. If villa is returned in condition delivered, the security deposit will be returned within 7 days following departure. Owners are not responsible for any guest belongings left on the premises, nor will be held liable for any accident or injury occurring on the premises.
Deposits : 50% of total stay is required to complete the booking . Balance due 60 days in advance. A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 is required.
No refunds for cancellations given once final payment is made (60 days in advance) No Refunds for Late Arrival, Early Departure or for Any Emergencies. Fees & Taxes Included in Rates
