- 20% deposit is required upon confirmation of reservation. The full amount is due 60 days before reservation - Security deposit one night for week $ USD in cash or credit card upon arrival; (refundable following inspection and return of keys).
Cancellation of reservation 30-60 days prior to vacation will be refunded 50% of rental rate. Cancellation of 30 days or less will not be refunded There will be no refunds for late arrival or early departures All cancellations must be recieved in writing (fax/email are acceptable)
