Rental Rate Notes

Check-in is 4:00 PM on the Arrival Date and Check-out 10:00 on the Departure Date The use of the Premises shall be restricted to residential use for a leisure vacation. SERVICES AND GOODS PROVIDED BY OWNER: On-site, full-time concierge and estate manager; daily “trash and tidy” service, mid-week housekeeping; round-trip airport transfers. Guests will have use of one desktop, fax, and printer; and domestic calls; Wi-fi service and local calls. PARKING: Guest shall use only those parking spaces designated for their use by Owner, up to a maximum of 4 Guest vehicles.
50 % due at time of booking 25% due 180 days prior to the date of arrival 25% due 90 days prior to the date of arrival 20% security due 90 days prior to th date of arrival.
The Initial Deposit and Interim Deposit are fully refundable to Guest upon Owner’s receipt of Guest’s written notice of termination of this Agreement no later than one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the Arrival Date and Time. If Guest provides written notice to Owner of its election to terminate the Agreement less than one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the Arrival Date and Time, and Owner succeeds in securing a replacement guest for the same rental period as the dates noted in this Agreement, then Owner will refund the Security Deposit to Guest plus any of the other deposits received from Guest to the extent that Owner receives rental payments from a replacement guest during the applicable period.
