Casa Parota was completed in August 1998 at La Puntilla, a private gated and guarded community of 19 oceanfront and ocean view homes, located between Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, 15 miles north of Puerto Vallarta. Each house has a private swimming pool and access to a private beach, located at the development. Casa Parota is approximately 2,300 square feet interior and 1,800 square feet of cantera patio around the pool. 15' x 30' private swimming pool and extensive landscaping on 1/4 acres. Rental Rate Notes
Slight upcharge of $10 per person, per night, for guests 7 and 8.Rental Policies
$300 deposit to reserve house. Balance paid 90- and 60-days prior to arrival. All taxes paid by owner. Cancellation Policy: Your initial deposit is not refundable. If you cancel within 90 days of your arrival date we will refund to you any amounts we have received in excess of one half of the scheduled rent. Any amounts we have received for car rental and security and telephone deposit will be refunded in full. If we are able to rent out the house for the period for which you cancelled, we will re-fund to you all money we have received less your initial deposit.

Refundable Security/Telephone Deposit: Please understand that it may take as long as 2-3 months in order to refund your security deposit as we have to wait for the Mexican long distance phone bill. Our property manager John/Gaby will fax us the phone bill upon receipt. We will make every effort to be timely and prompt. There is a separate phone in the office with a US Phone Number – so that you can make UNLIMITED FREE CALLS TO USA, Canada, and Western Europe. Arrival and Departure Times: Generally speaking, check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out time is Noon. We are flexible depending on the arrival and departure of guests before or after your stay.
