Cleaning fee, $85.00 Security deposit: $200 (weekend); $300 (week); $750 (month)Rental Policies
A one page rental contract to be reviewed and signed by guest. This will provide general rules imposed by our complex, plus those more directly related to Casita Clemente directly. The is a cleaning fee in the amount of $85.00. Strict enforcement of "No tolerance" policy, in regards to loud, obnoxious, rude, and lawless behavior---this is a very quiet, pleasant and safe area. This is instituted in consideration of the small condo complex' neighbors, and neighbors in the immediate area (See contract for more information on this).
