Description of the Property
Casita by the Sea is a spectacular, completely renovated condo within steps of the ocean. It is adjacent to beautiful Strand Beach, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, and the exclusive new enclave of luxury gomes at the Headlands. Nestled just south of Laguna Beach, the 1-bedroom and 1-bath condominium is professionally decorated and features a large deck that captures the ocean breeze.
The luxurious condo is fully furnished, and features a relaxing and comfortable decor with new furniture and appliances selected to create a relaxing and comfortable beach environment. The living room, dining room, and bedroom are carpeted. The kitchen is spacious and has new appliances. Throughout the condo, artwork and subdued lighting features set off colors and furnishings. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a very comfortable sofa that converts to a queen size bed. There are two inflatable mattresses available. There is a washer-dryer in the unit.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, flatware, and basic supplies. Bed linens, towels, shampoos, soaps, toiletries and lotions are provided. The condo is professionally cleaned prior to occupancy. A reserved parking space is located near the condo and guest parking is available. Ultilities are paid, and include cable television and internet access as well as local phone service.
During your vacation, you can enjoy short walks to the pool and two jacuzzis, a barbeque and picnic area. There is ocean access immediately across the street and Dana Point Harbor is nearby. There are many restaurants in the immediate area, or you can just relax in your vacation home.

Casita by the Sea was recently renovated, and features new doors, windows and drapes/shutters throughout the condo. The color theme focuses on neutral tuscan colors with turquise and purple highlights. There are lovely, comfortable living room and dining room furnishings, accented with original art to enhance the relaxing beach environment. The bedroom features a queen bed and two very large closets. The bathroom is stocked with clean linens, towels, and grooming supplies. The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with cookware, dishes, utinsels and some basic cooking supplies. There is a small grill that can be used on the deck and a nearby outdoor barbeque area. The complex pool and two spa areas are near to the condo. Beach towels and beach gear are available for vacationers.

At the Strands Beach where the Casita by the Sea is located, there is world-class surfing. Nearby, the Dana Point Harbor offers shopping, dining and boating excursions. There is world-class shopping at nearby South Coast Plaza and Mission Viejo Center.. It is a short drive to Laguna Beach art galleries and shops. Or, take a day trip to Disney Land, Knots Berry Farm and area entertainment venues. Of course, the best part of all is to relax and enjoy the California sunshine!

Rental Rate Notes
During summer months, rental is weekly or monthly. The rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. Monthly rates are less than weekly rates and are negotiable. Please contact the owner or agent for pricing and information regarding pets. Casita by the Sea is a no smoking environment! Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, with a 7 day minimum during the summer months. The security deposit is $500, with a $125. cleaning fee deducted from the deposit. The deposit will be returned promptly after departure. Occasionally, the owners may consider a weekend rental. Please inquire if interested in this option.Rental Policies

To confirm the rental agreement, there is a security deposit of $500, with a $100 cleaning fee deducted from the deposit. The condo is professionally cleaned prior to arrival of guests. Of the total deposit, $100 is designated for keys, The security deposit will be returned promptly after departure if occupants return all keys and leave the condo in the same condition as they found it..
Notice of cancellation must be made at least 30 days prior to the beginning date of the lease. The deposit will NOT be refunded if reservations are cancelled less that 30 days before the date of occupancy. The security deposit (minus the $100 cleaning fee) will be returned promptly after departure if occupants return all keys and leave the condo in the same condition as they found it..
