The master suite boasts a king sized bed, 27' plasma TV, tub and separate five nozzle spa like walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and private bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom 3 has full under twin bunk bed. Office has internet access. Golf membership can be included but renter pays transfer fee. Close to Bonita Beach, Ft. Myers Beach and Naples.

Rental Policies
The pool is used at your own risk.
Minimum 21 day stay. Please check "availability calendar" for dates. Deposit $1500 due at the time of booking. Free cable and internet, excluding long distance phone and pay per view movies. Renter pays for $150 cleaning fee.
Cancellations made 30 or more days from move in date will forfeit security deposit. Cancellations made 29 or less days will forfeit security and 50% of rent if the property can not be re-rented by the move in date.
