All Of The Bedrooms Have Down Pillows, Egyptian Cotton Sheets And Luxurious Bath Towels. There Is A Deck Upstairs Overlooking The Sea And An Oceanfront Screened Porch On The First Floor. Beach Towels Are Provided As Well.
The Kitchen Is State-Of-The-Art, With Stainless Steel Appliances, Maple Cabinets And Granite Countertops. There Are 2 Ovens, A Dishwasher, And Large Refrigerator, Food Processor/Blender, Coffee Maker And Plenty Of Utensils. The Laundry Room Is Equipped With A Front Load Washer And Dryer As Well As A Free Standing Ice Maker. IPOD Stations Are Provided In Each Bedroom And Living Room.

Caymanease sits on a private, sandy beach. The pool and deck are oceanfront so you can either lie on the beach or lounge poolside while still enjoying the view of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.
Snorkeling is great right in front of the villa; these colorful reefs are teaming with tropical fish and lobster. Local dive shops are close by as well, and If you like to hike, the Mastic Trail is a short walk away . Caymanease also has 2 double and one single kayaks available free of charge!
The villa is close to restaurants, a grocery store and local dive operations. You can easily head down to Rum Point to spend a few hours, playing volley ball, strolling the beach (like 7 mile beach without the crowds!) grabbing lunch or an island cocktail. Kaibo Yacht Club is also close by and offers live entertainment during its "Full Moon BBQ" once a week. It is a fun casual evening of good food, good music and dancing on the beach.

Activities and Attractions
There are many activities that make a stay at Caymanease special:
Snorkel in shallow clear waters right in front of the villa.
Kayak in the kayaks provided by Caymanease; the waters are calm and clear.
Scuba Dive; trips can be arranged with Red Sail sports, at Rum Point, or Ocean Frontiers, in the East End.
Rum Point is a short drive from Caymanease where you'll find a large sandy beach, lounge chairs, a bar and restaurant, volley ball, beach massages, rental snorkel gear and paddle boats, and a small gift shop.
Kaibo Yacht Club is also a short drive (approximately 5 miles) from the villa. Here you can enjoy the beach side bar and restaurant, live music at the weekly BBQ, or an more formal upstairs restaurant.
There is a wonderful restaurant, Over the Edge, about a half mile from the villa and many more within a 5 minute drive.

Rental Rate Notes
A Security Deposit of $600.00 is required to cover any property damage. It will be refunded after the property is checked by the property manager and determined that there was no damage.Rental Policies
By law no more than 8 persons are allowed to occupy the Villa, exceeding this limit risks eviction without refund of any monies paid No smoking is allowed in the Villa No Pets are allowed Kayaks must be stored close to the house or in the back yard not by the sea No fishing equipment or scuba tanks can be stored in the house Do not move or rearrange furniture No Outdoor Fires as they are prohibited by the Caymanian government Be careful using the BBQ Please conserve water; all water on the island is filtered rain water
$600.00 Security deposit is required to cover any damage It will be refunde once the property manager has checked the property and determined no damage was caused. Payment for reservations and security deposits must be received 60 days prior to booking. If the rental will occur before the 60 day period, a cashier’s check will be required for payment. Checks should be made out to Caymanease. A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is due at the time the reservation is made, and the balance 60 days prior to the reserved date.
Should you cancel your reservation before the total payment is made, 25% of the deposit will be refunded immediately. Should we be able to re-lease the property the additional 25% will be refunded. If the property is not re-leased, 50% of the nonrefundable portion of the deposit can be applied towards a future available date and will be exercisable for 12 months.
