If you are a chocolate lover there is CaliBrissan who offers gourmet French chocolates and Robitailles which offers an array of wonderful confections. Carpinteria is also a great place to ride your bikes. Santa Barbara is 17 miles away and there you find some of the finest shopping and for the golf enthusiast there is a public municipal golf course available.

Rental Policies

Security deposit due with signed receipt received at MurphyKing Real Estate Check in time is 3 p.m. Check out time is 10 a.m. promptly Remainder of rent is due 30 days prior to arrival date No pets No smoking Cleaning fee, $125.00, is for one hour of cleaning. Any part over the one hour of cleaning will be $75.00 per hour, If any extra cleaning is needed over the hour it will be deducted from security deposit. If linens are provided, all laundry must be done and put back in it's respective place. If any smoking or pets detected your entire security deposit is automatically forfeited. $500.00 security deposit is refundable if cottages is left in clean condition.
