Rates are: June - August - 8000 to 10,000 per week August - May - 6000 to 8000 per week All rates are negotiable depending on number in party To secure the reservation - Receipt of Deposit and 1/2 rent up front (the deposit is fully refundable and will be held by the owner up to, but no longer than 5 days after tenant vacates premise) Full Rent is due no later than 30 days prior A $250 cleaning fee is collected, this fee can be taken out of the deposit if requested.Rental Policies
No Smoking No Pets This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, therefore, no loud music playing outdoors/parties outdoors past 10PM Large gatherings of more than 50 people are prohibited due to city noise ordanance
