Cottage Charm here in Oceanside Ca. has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, TV/DVD/Cable, full deck over looking the water from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom, wood floors, fans, air over 1000 square feet and a gorgeous view. We are located just 2 blocks south of the Oceanside Pier, 3 blocks from town, and 2 blocks from the Oceanside train station. We provide linins, beach towels, chairs, beach toys, bikes, and umbrellas for your comfort and enjoyment. We also have a private beach level entry with a hose to rinse, private shower, washer/dryer and storage for your boards, chairs and toys. It is an easy walk to the pier, the train station, or a stroll to town to town to the Movie Theater, sushi, or our new steak house called 333 Pacific. We're just 40 minutes from San Diego, where you could visit Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, or Torry Pines State Park for a hike, Coronado Island, "Old Town", Horton Plaza, and Seaport Village. During the summer months, surf camp and church services are on the beach just steps away. Get away for a few days and come stay with us, we would love to have you. Jer. 29:11

Cottage Charm is a sweet beach front location with a beautiful ocean view from the master bedroom and the living room, dining room and the kitchen. The twin guest bedroom is great for children with its own TV and bistro table for games. Cool off on the full deck and watch the sunset with a cup of evening tea or enjoy the view from the charming living area while reading your favorite book. We provide linens for the beach, and beach chairs and for your comfort, we have our own private beach level hose to rinse the sand from you feet, or a private beach level bathroom with a shower. We have a washer and dryer and a place for you to store your own water toys, boards and bikes, and it's only a short walk to town if you'd like to catch a movie or dine at several fabulous restaurants. Amtrak and the coaster are also just 2 blocks away if you'd like to take a day trip to San Diego.

Activities and Attractions

Cottage Charm is an easy walk to the Oceanside Pier and the Oceanside Train Station where you can take either Amtrak or the Coaster south to San Diego or stop at any one of at least 7 small towns in between. You could take a stroll to town for a coffee, the farmers market which is on Thursday's, to the Movie Theater, sushi, or our new steak house restaurant called 333 Pacific. We’re just 40 minutes from San Diego, where you could visit the Zoo, Torry Pines State Park for a hike, Coronado Island, "Old Town", Horton Plaza, and Seaport Village. You could also take a day trip to San Diego by train or head north about 50 minutes to Disneyland or Knott’s Berry Farm. During the summer months, surf camp and church services are on the beach just steps away. We're in between Carlsbad and Camp Pendleton right on the sand.

Rental Rate Notes

Cottage Charm is $185.00 -$210.00 per night plus 10% tax, $110.00 cleaning fee, a $20.00 processing fee and a $300.00 refundable security and damage deposit. Rates are subject to change over the holidays and for special events. Call and ask for Terri for any special rates being offered and availability on our 4 other cottages.

Rental Policies

Our desire is for each of our guests to have a restful and memorable stay with us here at Sandy Beach Cottage Inn. We are a Christian owned and operated business and look forward to the opportunity to serve you. For the comfort and well being of all our guests, we do not allow pets, smoking, or unregistered guests in the building and all the beach level facilities like the bathroom, the hose to rinse off, the storage area water toys and chairs and the washer/dryer are for our guests only. Matt 12:28 We require a $300.00 deposit to reserve the unit which is converted to a security deposit while you stay and is refundable provided the unit is in the same condition when you leave. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. We also accept credit cards for an addition 3%. For American Express and business credit cards an additional 3.5% applies. The deposit is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled two weeks prior to arrival.
