If you like a beach view or ocean front vacation home to relax in a quiet and peaceful setting, over looking the water front, then Sandy Beach Cottage Inn is for you. You can watch the sunset on the deck of a darling cottage style hide away in the evening, or gather with family and friends for a memorable vacation on the beach and watch your children surf at surf camp or play volleyball on the beach at our beach front vacation location. We have five individual apartments ranging from a sweet studio with a darling sitting area, to a fabulous two bedrooms, two bathrooms unit on the second floor with a fantastic ocean view and a deck that spans the length of the building, all decorated in a romantic cottage style with vintage furnishings and cozy down comforters. Each cottage apartment is complete with a list of amenities you can read about on the guest suites pages. We also provide a private beach level bathroom and shower, washer and dryer, storage for you water toys, and a hose to rinse off before entering the building. We are located just blocks away from the train station if you’d like to take a day trip to San Diego, or if you like to walk, we are just blocks to numerous shops, restaurants including sushi and a new steak house, the movie theatre, several local coffee, ice cream and yogurt shops, and the famous Ruby's Restaurant at the end of the pier that our guests say have the best shakes in town.

Activities and Attractions
Sandy Beach Cottage Inn here in Oceanside California is close to downtown Oceanside where you'll find coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream, sushi, steak houses, the Movie Theater, a farmers market on Thursdays and we are also very close to the pier for a walk to Ruby's for a ice cream shake. Surf camp is in front of our building in the summer, the life guard station is close, a beautiful grass park is one building over from us, or you could walk to the train station for a day trip to San Diego to visit Old Town, Coronado Island, Sea World, Seaport Village, Horton Plaza, or the Zoo. You could also take the train for a day trip north and head for Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm or many other attractions or just relax in your chair with your coffee on the beach. We provide towels and chairs for the beach, linens, beach toys, beach level private bath, storage, laundry, and a hose to rinse the sand off before you enter the building.

Rental Rate Notes
To reserve Cottage Window, please let us know via email or by phone you would like to reserve the dates requested and we will email you our contract and building rules to sign and fax back to us. We require a refundable $300.00 security and damage deposit that will be returned to you provided Cottage Window is left in the same condition when you depart. We accept checks and credit cards for an additional 3.5%.Rental Policies
Sandy Beach Cottage Inn is a Christian owned and operated Beach location getaway and caters to families and couples who would like to get away and enjoy a quiet and peaceful, relaxing beach front location. In order to maintain this type of environment, we do not allow loud parties, smoking, pets, or unregistered guests in the building and our beach level amenities like the hose, the bathroom, the storage area and the washer and dryer are for our guests only.
A $300.00 or a $500.00 refundable security deposit is required to reserve one of our apartments and it will be reterned to you provided the unit is left in the same condition when you depart. It is also required at the time of making the reservation.
Please contact us 2 weeks prior to your check in date to receive a refund.
