Rental Policies
We do not rent to groups under the age of 25.
Half the base rate is due with in one week of booking and the remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival. We take Visa, Master Card, and Checks.
You have one week from booking to secure the reservation. We do offer optional CSA travel insurance.
