Reservations for weekly vacations will be held when a deposit of $1000 is received. This is applied toward weekly rental rate. Cleaning fees are included in the weekly rate. Security deposit of $750 is fully refundable provided no damage or theft occurs in the home during your stay. No pets are allowed in the house, and please, no smoking. Payment is to be made by cashiers check, money order, personal check or traveller's checks provided it is received at least 2 months before your arrival date. Please call Angela at 858-353-4421 for any specific questions about the property or to make a reservation. There is a $1000 deposit due at time of reservation which applies towards total weekly rate. There is a fully refundable security deposit of $750 due 8 weeks before arrival, along with a check for the balance due on the weekly rental rate. A mandatory 10.5% city sales tax will be assessed on all rentals. Refunds are made of the $1000 reservation deposit only if property gets booked for the cancelled reservation for the same time period and at the same rate.
