This luxury family owned Disney Dream vacation Pool Home in Orlando, is located in "The Palms" subdivision of Lake Davenport Estates, in Davenport,florida. This home is within 10 minutes of the main gates of Walt Disney World,15 minutes to all other major theme parks,(sea world,universal studios,international drive) 5 to 10 minutes from shops, restaurants, fishing and other attractions. It is also a short 30 minute drive from orlando international airport(mco)There are many popular golf courses within minutes of the house. You'll feel right at home in this spacious, fully air conditioned 5 bedroom (1 Queen, 2 doubles & 2 twins) and 3 bathroom home, that sleeps 10 comfortably. The home has its own large private screened in (heated) pool in the back with a covered lanai that has lounge chairs and a table, where you can go and cool off on those hot Florida days. Our home has a formal dining room and a 2 story family room (balcony looks down) with access to the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and separate eating area, with table and chairs. Wireless Internet through out the entire house. All bed linens, bathroom and pool towels provided. Separate utility room with washer and dryer.
The subdivision has a very large community pool, playground for the children, tennis court and basketball court nearby,all within walking distance. Let our home be your home on your next Florida vacation.

$250.00 reservation deposit (non refundable) but will be subtracted from your balance. Once you make a deposit.. if you cancel, it will not be returned. If you make your reservation within 30 stays of your check in and pay in full, if you cancel, it will not be refunded. We strongly encourage all renters to purchase renters insurance. In the event of theft, damage or total loss to your personal property... we are not responsible by law. You would need to have purchased renters insurance.
Refunds only up to 30 days before reservations. After 30 days, even if the reservation was made in that 30 days.... there is no refunds.
