No Shirt, No Shoes, No Problem! Beautiful Executive Home located in Solana Resort. This four bedroom home boasts two master suites with ensuite baths (3 baths in total), two open concept living areas, and approx 2000 sq ft of living area. The home is newly furnished with executive quality furnishings, flat screen TV's, including in the bedrooms. Private non-overlooked heated pool and spa for you and your guests to enjoy. The home is well equiped with all conveniences you desire while vacationing. Free long distance calling , and wireless internet. Gas Bar B Q also provided at no charge. Full laundry facilities and games room on site. Our home is located in a secured, gated community with a clubhouse offering a games room, internet services, gym, sand volleyball, jungle gyms, cabana's by the community pool and so much more. Mickey visits the clubhouse regularly! Solana Resort is just minutes from everything. Disney is 12 minutes, Universal is 15 minutes, Restaurants and Outlet Shopping are numerous and all within minutes. The resort is conveniently located along Hwy #27 between 192 and I-4. Beach is just over an hour away in either direction, either Pacific (Coco Beach, Cape Canaveral) or Gulf Coast (Tampa, St. Pete's, Bradenton). Call me for last minute booking deals!

On-Site Amenities

After renting vacation homes in the Orlando area ourselves for the last 15 years, we know what the vacationing family or families need to make the trip, a vacation. From our home, the grocery store, liquor store, drug store, gas station, breakfast restaurants, lunch and dinner restaurants all within 5 minutes. Outlet malls, water parks, theme parks, International Drive, are all conveneint within 15 minutes depending on the one you are headed to. All highway driving as the resort is midway between the two main arteries taking you to the attractions! There are some great restaurants for special nights out: Carrabas, (5 min) Charley's Steak House (15 min) Cheese Cake Factory (10 minutes) BubbaGump's (15 min) just to name some of our favourites! Pack lite, hit the beer store, and hang by the pool. No doubt the outlet malls will add to your luggage for the return trip.

The house is great for couples or two families. Large flat screen in familiy room with surround sound for a movie night! Each bedroom has it's own flat screen tv as well. Email or call me for money saving ideas, we may just have this vacation figured out!

Rental Policies

CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. LOCAL AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. LOCAL. NO Early Check-ins without prior arrangement. 2. This is a NON SMOKING villa. 3. Pets are not permitted under any conditions. 4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 5. DAMAGE DEPOSIT- Your credit card details are required for pre-authorization. This is a similar process to a hotel. A transaction only takes place under these rare circumstances; a. Damage is done to villa or its contents, external or internal, beyond normal wear and tear. b. Charges are incurred due to contraband or pets c. Debris, rubbish and discards are not placed in waste bins. Diirty dishes are not placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. d. All keys are left in the lockbox and the villa is left locked. e. Any charges accrued during the stay (eg additional pool heat) f. Linens are lost or damaged. g. A charge may apply for Early check-in or late check-out. h. The renter is evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, the security company employed by Solana Resort. PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 30% of the rental rate is required to reserve your requested dates. The advance payment will be applied towards the villa rent. The BALANCE OF RENT is due Ninety (90) days before your arrival date. 2. CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations incur a 30% penalty at any point in time. Changes to your reservation will be best endeavors, and are not subject to an admin fee (subject to date availability) Long term renters must satisfy the duration & value of this contract. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests in this villa is limited to ten (10) persons. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A THREE (3) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. 5. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than seven days, the guest will still be charged the one week rate with prior notification. 6. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include laundry and cleaning fees unless otherwise stated (short stays) Cleaning fee applies to anything less than 7 days. 7. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels but 4 towels are provided at the villa for your use. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the villa. 8. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice but are fixed per quotation in writing. 9. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. 10. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 11. PARKING PASSES - Parking passes are located at the clubhouse and are a seasonal requirement. Renters must display parking pass on the rear view mirror at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. 12. HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless: a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered, b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period. 13. Optional Pool Heat is $25/day
