The Downstairs, is actually an additional Guest Suite, with its own Wood Deck to sit out on, and its own entrance way. This Suite consists of a Beautiful, Comfy, Living Room, with a Gas Burning FirePlace & Dining Area, Very Romantic Bedroom, with King Size Bed, and Bath Room. The entire home was completely rebuilt just this past year, everything is brand new.

Activities and Attractions
Ski Beech is just around the corner, about a 10 minute walk. The Beech Mountain Club is about a 15 minute walk, The brand new heated Swimming Pool at the Club has been completed and ready for swimmers, Summer 08', Tennis, Golf, Heath Club, Children's Camp, Daily or Weekly is available, White Water Rafting Trips, Hiking just outside the door, Biking, Running, or just Relax and watch the grass grow. We have Free Concerts on the Lawn at Fred's General Mercantile, located nearby, Free Concerts at the Banner Elk Park each Thursday Night during the summer. Drive the Blue Ridge Parkway, stop to Fish, Canoe, Take Pictures of some of the Best Views in the Mountains.

Rental Rate Notes
Eagles Nest consists of 2 Levels, the Rates for Renting the Entire Home is Posted Below. Renting only the Main Upper Section of the Home, 2 Bedrooms, and 1 Bath, for 4 Guests, please Deduct 10% off of the posted rate. For stays of only 2 Nights, there will be a 100. Housekeeping Fee. ***** Personal Checks or Major Credit Cards Accepted ***** Reduced Rate Lift Tickets, Purchase with Vacation Home Rental and receive $10. off of the per day, Adult, Use Anytime Lift Ticket, includes Weekends and all Holidays. Can also be used for future seasons.Rental Policies
Our Chalet is available all four seasons, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. For stays of only 2 nights, there is a 100. Housekeeping Fee. Winter Holiday Rates are in effect December 19th, through January 3rd.
A deposit is required to hold your reservation. Personal Checks or Major Credit Cards Accepted.
Your deposit will be refunded upon cancellation, if cancelled at least 30 Days prior to your reservation date, 60 days for vacation periods. Emergency's are always given consideration.
