The adjacent Guest House, which is a part of this estate, is available with the rental of the Main House at an additional cost. The Guest House has a large cathedral ceiling living/dining area, a queen size bedroom, one bath, and a loft with a queen sleep-sofa.

Rental Rate Notes
This is a quie single family neighborhood, and therefore large gatherings or parties are discouraged. Neighbors peace and quit needs to be repected. Thanksgiving and Christmas week are $6,000 per week Yearly rental rate is $8,000 per month. Housekeeping and cooking services can be provided.Rental Policies
